We wanted to recognize the team for opening a brand new Taco Bell yesterday on N. Tryon St. in Charlotte, NC! Christy Hammond (RGM in pink shirt), Joshua Goldstein (Area Coach in pink shirt), and Gary Mingo (VP) put together a great team and had a smooth opening yesterday! This was an old KFC/Taco Bell restaurant that Adam McCurry turned into a beautiful new TB restaurant. We believe this one will be special and Christy is a best-in-class, high-energy leader. Christy already has shown us great results turning around Lake Wylie and Kings Mountain over the last 2-3 years! The team was excited and I also attached a picture of the first customer Justin! Gary and his team truly came together to help Christy and Joshua and wanted to thank the following people I saw came out to support yesterday!

Virginia Fulenwider was there with some candy and recognition for the team and now open banners! Michael our CEO showed up to thank the team and handed out cash to all the team members! Mary Ann Campbell, Erica Tyrone, and Tony Monjure from the HR team also showed up with candy and gift cards! Nanette the SL won $150 from Michael for her leadership!
Lastly wanted to thank Adam McCurry and our contractor Venture Construction for building us a beautiful Best on Block asset! Gary and team have two more brand new TB’s to open in the next 30 days in Cherryville, NC and Wesley Chapel, NC! We have a bunch more new restaurants in the pipeline for the next 24 months as well! It is fun to grow and it creates opportunities for more leaders to grow!
