Congratulations

A hard fought victory, Congratulations 🎉

Congratulations 🎊 Good luck on setting new sales goals!

Was just there, absolutely horrible service stood in line over 10 minutes and never had order taken and two of the male workers were moving and acting like they were high and that it was an inconvenience to serve the customers. Manager looked at us and disappeared to the back and there were 4 people behind us. Hire some real workers.

Shocking experience at this brand new location tonight. I was subjected to incredibly rude treatment and cursing (by the employee who was supposed to be in charge after I asked for a refund after 45 MINUTES of waiting for our order). Terrible experience. Had been so excited to have a Taco Bell opening on this side of town. Went with my son to pick up dinner. Placed an online order at 6:01pm through the Taco Bell app (the counter looked busy and their main sign instructs customers to, “Go mobile”) to try to save time. Watched the drive thru consistently serving customers, but no dining room orders. Listened to a man complain that he had placed his order over an hour hence and had not been served. After 42 minutes, I decided to throw in the towel. I nicely requested a refund. I was referred to the person in charge, “Haley”. Haley did not ask about my order or offer to expedite anything. She just rolled her eyes and told me that since I placed my order through the app, I couldn’t get a refund. She stated that the app is a third party- I politely pointed out that I used the Taco Bell app, not a third party. She said I could talk to her manager, who would tell me the same thing. I said that, yes. I’d like to speak to her manager. Haley began cursing (and muttering about “not putting up with this sh*t”, and she didn’t “know what the h*ll” I expected her to do... That her manager would tell me “the same d*mn thing”) and placed a call on her cell phone. After telling the person who picked up “I will quit right now and you can have someone else close this d*mn store”, she handed me the phone. The person on the phone said she’d try to contact her district manager. The phone jumped to another screen and I tried to flip back to the call. Haley instructed me to “stop playing around with her phone”. At this point, I was done and near tears. I left without food or refund after more than an hour. I’m shocked and disgusted at my treatment at this place tonight. I never raised my voice. I am a kindergarten teacher and part of my job is to teach children how to treat others; I would NEVER have even imagined treatment like this at a place of business.
